Online and Hybrid Course Surveys

1. Login to my.waketech.edu with your key account username and password. When the surveys are available, notification will appear just below your name (see example below). Click on the "Complete Your Course Surveys" button to begin evaluating your courses.
   
   
   
    

2. Separate surveys will be available for each of your college courses with one additional survey for student support services. Click on the "Take Survey" buttons to complete each evaluation (see example below). All responses are completely anonymous. Survey reports are reviewed by supervisors and instructors after the term ends.
